Title: “Study of constructing mobile clinic for health and occupational diseases to serve workers in small and medium enterprises”. Code: 204/01/TLĐ
Activities:
– Studying, designing and installing the X-ray chamber and cabin for hearing checking in mobile clinic. – Operating, testing the equipment and developing the process; training staff to use equipment in the mobile clinic. – Bringing into use the occupational diseases mobile clinic for workers’ health checking. Summary of results: Creating a product called “health and occupational diseases mobile service” including a process of examining and testing, using several modern and specialized equipments that can be operated right at place. Those products are: i. Clinical process with the prescribed specialist, highly efficient, convenient and time-saving when examining. ii. Taking X-ray and diagnosing lung and musculoskeletal diseases right on mobile vehicle, faster result. iii. Hearing checking in a standard soundproof chamber will reduce time for measuring, screening diseases and immediately diagnosing, determining cases of occupational diseases. iv. Measuring the indicators of the functions of respiration, hearing, ECG to diagnose occupational lung disease and occupational-related diseases v. Tests to diagnose occupational vibration diseases include cold test, vibratory sensation, pain sensation, illuminating capillaries, taking X-ray joint. vi. Process of collecting samples of hematological indices, biochemical blood, urine on the spot to diagnose occupational and related diseases. Place of application From 2005, annually the Center of Occupational Health and Ergonomics has provided about 20-30 health services with more than 10,000 workers examined. NILP, 2011 |
